Our Account Managers do scheduled inspections, and deliver a bi-weekly Quality Inspection Outline to our clients. They also prepare Areas of Improvement Plans when those are needed.
CCC Account Supervisors are on site weekly at minimum, and complete inspections and check workflow log books. The Supervisor’s report tells our cleaning specialists where they have done well, and where they need to improve.
